Captain of the USS Voyager, played by Kate Mulgrew: the first woman to lead a Star Trek series. Her ship gets thrown to the far side of the galaxy, about 70,000 light-years from home, some 70 years of travel, and the series is the trip back. Coffee, lots of it.
