His writing Masterclass gave me the interviewing principle I keep quoting: don’t script your questions, because the most interesting thing the interviewee will tell you is what you didn’t expect, and to hear what you didn’t know you didn’t know, you have to LISTEN (Gladwell - no guionizar las entrevistas).
